The entire process from start to finish typically takes 5 to 7 business days including transit times. (From your door to ours, back to yours.)
Our service only includes return shipping. (You would pay to ship the unit to us, we do not include a shipping label.)
To ship your unit, we recommend using a USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope. Average transit times are about 2 business days for around $8.00 but you may use any carrier you like.
The key we provide will be programmed directly to the ECU, no programming on your end is required, just have the key we provide cut to fit your ignition.
We do not cut keys; you will have to have the key cut to fit your ignition by a locksmith or dealer.
Having the key cut typically costs around $40 and can done using your VIN along with proof of ownership. The vehicle will not need to be present.
Remote keys will include a battery and come assembled.
You will receive the same key show in photos.

Technician’s notes:
Between the years 1998 to around 2005, Lexus and Toyota immobilizer systems were a big issue. The vehicle came with 2 master keys and a valet key. If for any reason you lost all your master keys, you were unable to program more keys to the ECU making only a new and very costly ECU replacement from the dealer the only option to have new keys programmed. It wasn’t until the later models they fixed this problem.
To this day most Lexus and Toyota dealers do not have a way to program a key to the old engine computer making a new replacement the only option if all the master keys have been lost. This can cost upwards of $3000 on some models!
