Your gauge cluster will be fully repaired and thoroughly tested before being returned to you.
Mileage, engine hours and VIN will stay the same after the repair. If the unit was not powering on before the service, the mileage will be the same as it was before it died.
If needed – VIN, engine hours and mileage programming is available at no additional cost. Just include mileage, hours and VIN to be programmed in order notes during checkout. Mileage may vary within 500 miles.
We have different bulb colors to choose from, OEM (factory) white, light blue, red, and yellow for no additional cost. We are currently out of stock on blue and green.
If you want a different backlight color other than OEM white, please include which color you would like in the order notes during check out – otherwise OEM white will be installed.
This service only includes return shipping. (You will need to ship the unit to us as we do not include a shipping label.)

Technician’s notes:
Problematic instrument clusters plagued GM vehicles for years especially trucks, such as the Escalade and trucks from the mid to late 2000’s.
This particular cluster is known for gauge motor failures, power and display issues.
Our full rebuild service includes replacing ALL gauge needle stepper motors with a new improved motor, regardless whether they’ve failed or not.
Your gauge cluster will receive a full rebuild including higher wattage bulbs, improved components and motors.
Intermittent issues are very common with this particular cluster. It’s not uncommon for symptoms to appear one day and disappear the next.
We have a very high success rate repairing this cluster. If you are experiencing any the symptoms listed above (not all symptoms have to be present), the cluster is the most likely culprit.

To remove your gauge cluster from your vehicle simply pry away your dash bezel. Remove the 4 screws holding in your instrument cluster unclip the wiring harness and you’re done!
